The belt conveyor with central drive is used for long conveyor lengths, and the timing belt transmission ensures a very quiet and low service operation. The belt conveyor with head drive is used especially for short conveyor lengths and is also equipped with the V-belt transmission. Both versions of the belt conveyor can deal with slopes and inclines of up to 24°.
