The Windows-based software is reliable and easy-to-use. You simply scan the medication's NDC bar code and the system prompts you to enter the lot number and expiration date. Additional data entry is also possible, including alternate drug names and customized fields. Changing to 1/2 tabs and 1/4 tabs, for example, is a simple process with custom field editing. MVP (multi-view printing) allows you to simultaneously view and print labels when up to three printers are attached to the workstation.
