DC-338A2 is the vertical sachets forming, filling and sealing machine for granules, powders, and pills, which adpots 2 step roller system therefore to manage both 3 and 4 sides sealing. Fuctioned with PLC, it can adjust the size of the sachets as well as operation speed, thus makes your packing easier and more accurated. The color LCD touch screen can perform most of the settings with English instructions, realizing the user-friendiness and accuracy of the complete production. Filling, sealing, marking, baging, and trimming, all done in one step.

There are 2 pairs of rollers in the machine. One for vertical heat sealing while the other cold seal. The vertical and horizontal sealing pattern introduces with dotted line as well as anti-leakage design, enabling neat and tidy appearances of the come-outs.

The products go inside the sachets via the optional weighing device, e.g., volumetric cup. Three different cutting blades, straight, sawtooth and dashline, upon requests. Notch cut function supports your sachets to be applied freely.
