Chain Conveyors for Pallets

Chain Conveyors will allow your pallets to be conveyed in any orientation. This means that loading and unloading by forklift can be more easily achieved because the base-boards can be orientated in parallel or perpendicular to the direction of travel. This allows you to better fit the conveyor system into your available floor space due to this greater flexibility in the orientation of the pallets. By selecting Chain Pallet Conveyors, other devices such as pop-up transfers are easier to fit as their is a large void between the chains. If you need your operators to safely walk over or on the conveyors, Chain Conveyors are ideal, as optional floor plates can be easily fitted between the chains.

Our Chain Pallet Conveyors are available in Medium and Heavy Duty variants and with double or triple chains. The standard modules are highly adaptable and can be configured to provide virtually any layout you require. While our chain conveyors are specifically designed for “Chep/ Loscam” style pallets, the design is flexible and can be easily modified to suit customised pallet sizes or  even non-pallet conveying applications. Our standard Chain Conveyors are suitable for timber, recycled materials, plastic or metal pallets. Double Chain Conveyors effectively fix the pallet size that can be used on the conveyor as the pallet base boards must rest on the conveyor’s chains.
