The BR5000 – 3000 inline bottle rinsers are one of the most advanced medium-speed “small” inline bottle rinsers available anywhere and have been designed to provide many years of reliable operation with a minimum amount of maintenance.
The rinsers are designed to be mounted on the filler conveyor, or they can be supplied with their own free-standing conveyor. The BR5000 is designed to rinse up to 5000 / ½ liter bottles per hour (83 bottles per minute). The BR3000 is designed to rinse up to 3000 1/2 liter bottles per hour. The computerized controls are both dependable and allow you to match the speed of the rinser to the conveyor speed. The optical sensors ensure smooth and trouble-free operation. The front panel display provides real time information on rinser status.
