• Screw and Barrel are made of ACM-2 material with heat and nitride treatment. Each finishing procedures are carefully controlled; therefore, it is fabricated with special characteristics of high resistance to acid and abrasion.


• Degasification device can eliminate moisture and vapor generated by resins during the extrusion process.


• Using SCR contactless switch control system, and PID system for temperature control.


• Dies are made of steel alloy, SUJ2 and mirror steel with special characteristics of anti-acid and anti-abrasion.
