Norland's new TritonLine™ 900 automatically washes, fills and caps 3-to-5-gallon bottles of virtually any style simultaneously, without the need for any hand-sorting or equipment adjustments. The TritonLine 900, shown here, washes, fills and caps up to 900 bottles an hour.
The TritonLine 900 is manufactured with 304 and 316 stainless steel, for longevity, durability and minimal maintenance. Norland's multi-function Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) provides immediate digital readout of system functions at a glance. Stack lighting indicators show current operating conditions, while bottle-positioning sensors detect faults and alert the operator to potential problems.
The pre-wash/wash function features low-water protection on all water tanks, to protect pumps and heating elements from potentially damaging low-water conditions, and an adjustable wash time of up to four minutes per cycle. Bottles stop at each station to ensure the highest quality, cleanest bottles possible. The filler includes a unique "lift-and-hold" feature that lifts the bottle during the capping operation that minimizes wear on bottle bottoms and the central drive chain. Capping features include a high-capacity hopper that holds over 2,000 caps. The cap hopper is located conveniently at floor level for safe, easy filling. An elevator carries caps up to a gravity-fed, pneumatically assisted cap sorter.
