Model 426 AUTOCOLT labeler is a high speed in-line pressure sensitive unit that is ideal for solid dose pharmaceutical packaging. It labels square, rectangular and round bottles at speeds up to 300 cpm, applying wraparound or three panel labels and optional SIDESERTS and/or TOPSERTS. The 426 AUTOCOLT Labeler offers accurate, high speed labeling and the ability to handle multiple labeling and outserting tasks on one compact platform.
This state-of-the-art labeler easily accommodates RFID tagging and is ready for integration with track-and-trace serialization systems. Ethernet connectivity enables the labeler to communicate with external line monitoring systems.
Using the new servo Oscillating Pressure Station (OPS), the 426 AUTOCOLT applies three panel labels plus a SIDESERT at higher speeds than traditional in-line pressure sensitive labelers, which allows it to compete with rotary labelers—although with faster changeovers and fewer change parts. NJM can equip the 426 AUTOCOLT with a wide variety of options including glue SIDESERT and/or TOPSERT applicators, continuous or intermittent printers and vision systems to support a variety of pharmaceutical packaging needs.
