ASEPTIC STICKPACK FORM, FILL AND SEAL MACHINE
StickPack machines from Hassia offer interesting applications for both newly created and established products. StickPacks can be printed on all sides, and are safely sealed to retain their quality.
Aseptic Stickpacks are produced by sterilizing the foil on all sides. The pouches are formed, filled and sealed under aseptic conditions in a sterile tunnel.
By active packaging material sterilzation a bacteria reduction >log5 is achieved, which results in extended shelf life, even outside the cooling chain.
