.Hydraulic system has equipped with world famous oil pump, proportational pressing valve and oil flow controlling valve to get high precision action, pressure and flow adjusting can be controlled in digit.
.Double proportional pressure-flow hydraulic system with low noise, low power consumption and stable running characteristics.
.Mold platen is made of graphite cast iron, and tooled in high precision numerical equipment, with high solidity and durability.
.Adopted trunk type combined platen to ensure higher action precision.
.Stretch bar, guide bar, mold closing piston bar and injection piston bar are made of high grade steel fit to strong pull, and hard chrome will be plated on the surface.
.Five-point double-toggle mould locking.
.Oil motor is to actuate the gear wheel for mold position adjusting, each stretch bar will get equal force, easy and safe to operate.
.Central hydraulic ejector system, you can adjust the ejecting stroke through the approaching switch during the stroke scope, also you can set as several times ejector or vibration ejector according to particular condition.
.Injection parts is actuated by stepless high torque oil motor for pre-plasticizing.
