FEATURES
1. Can be operated manually or automatically from a single paneling in order to meet the G.M.P requirements this machine uses pneumatic switches and solenoids to enhance safety and hygiene too.
2. Easy operation and quick familiarization of this machine.
3. The temperature is controlled by the latest developed digital auto control provided with proportional solenoids for precise temperature control attached with two stage auto control to prevent improper operation.
4. Equipped with a static pressure air flow meter to detect the characteristics of raw material so as to adjust air flow volume to obtain the best manufacturing results.
5. Specially designed spray gun small volume of air is initially sprayed a few seconds before the liquid. When the spray liquid stops, it will reduce the pressure to save the compressed air and thus preventing clogging of stray gun.
6. The liquid is fed automatically when spraying and stop when spraying stopped then the liquid will flow back and rapidly exhausting the air to ensure the original liquid's consistency and prevent it from flowing back.
7. The heat exchanger has a wide heating area and uses seamless stainless pipe to cover the disperse heating element.
8. Easy to change double layer anti bacteria air filter to ensure quality air.
9.Acid/alkaline resistant SUS316 stainless steel ball valve for high pressure and large flow operation.
10. Two speed transmission blower to reduce breakdown rate of motor.
11. Simple and safe to change the dust collecting cloth which is made from anti static velvet.
12. The parts are specified standardized and maintenance free.
REMARKS:
1. The peripheral device of boiler and NON-OIL air compressor should be prepared by customer.
2. The customer should prepare the power source, water and steam when installating the said machine. |
