The Pack Leader CP-101 servo driven automatic capping machine is designed to provide a reliable and consistent capping operation over extended production periods. The machine is suitable for handing wide variety of caps for pharmaceutical, food, beverage, cosmetics, detergents and petrochemical industries.

Features

• The machine main structure is made by heavy duty stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction that
   complies with GMP standards.
• Over load protection to stop the machine in case of problems on the starwheel to avoid breaking any
   bottles.
• Electrical photocell to stop the machine when the cap feeding chute is with low quantity cap. The machine
   automatically starts again as the chute is filled with sufficient cap
• The capping head only operate while bottle arrive to the position. Without bottle capper will remain still
   to avoid unnecessary movement of structure for long life endurance.
• Automatic torque relief design of capper assembly to avoid damage of the cap for the perfect image of
   finished product.
