With the new type boiler proper adoption, boiler proper life is getting longer.
Before, heat recovery quantity in the low temperature exhaust gas level was low, but it is surely increased with the special heat transfer fin adoption. The longer life of boiler proper realized due to make more neatly arranged heat load. The special fin equipped in the heat transfer part of the economizer collects the waste heat of the combustion gas as much as possible (S-type). This is particularly designed aiming at long standing high performance operation.


Space Savings
Being once-through boilers, MIURA Z BOILER SIZ series are more compact than the fire tube boiler which has the same equivalent output. This compactness enables the users to make full use of limited space, and renders the boiler room spacious.

The reliable and good quality steam supply is essential
The generated steam is made the first steam separation by MIURA’s original separator in the header. Then, it is made the second centrifugalization by the cyclone separator for the stable supply of good quality team.

Monitoring with the boiler water concentration sensor and to keep the concentration same.
The conductivity of boiler water is always monitors by the sensor. The automatic discharge from the lower part of the separator at a present concentration keeps the same concentration of the boiler water and supplies the best steam.

Safety design prevents from the overheat occurrence in advance.
The water tube temperature checking function makes the combustion stop automatically of the water tube temperature becomes higher than the set degree. This water tube temperature sensor protects the boiler from the heat stress to extend the life span of the boiler and to secure safety performance.

Longer life of the boiler with the twin water level control
The heat stress in the upper part of the water tube and the caustic attach (Alkalinity Corrosion) are prevented by the twin water level control method. The direct detection of the water level in the water tube by the water compensation electrode and the corrective control of the water level in starting and the low load operation made the longer life of the boiler.
