CLEANMASTER is an all-round monitoring system that could indirectly monitor the scale, corrosion and slime troubles of cooling water with a real time. The adhesive rate of scale is able to be measured by the fouling factor. If the deposits are generated on the surface of test tube in case of giving a fixed electric heat on the tube, the rake ratio of temperature goes on increasing by the breaking off its connection. From this fundamental truth, we could know the adhesive rate of scale.

The speed of corrosion is directly proportional to the current density of corrosion. If metals are exposed to the corrosion factor, the oxidation and deoxidation generate at the same time from the metal surface. Generally, metals are oxidized and oxygen is deoxidized. Through the measurement of current intensity by the oxidation of metals, we could know the speed of corrosion.

The adhesive rate of slime could be obtained by the change of the coefficient of friction in pipe that have a fixed coefficient of friction. If slime sticks to the inner part of pipe, the coefficient of friction goes on increasing. Because the difference of pressure between two points is directly proportional to the coefficient of friction in case of regular flux, we could know the adhesive rate of slime by continuously measuring the change of the difference of pressure.
