Topak Machine (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was invested by Taiwan Topak International Co., Ltd. in mainland China with investment over RMB30 million. Since 1958, Taiwan Topak has been distributing wrapping equipments of Fuji Machinery Co., Ltd (FUJI) and Tokyo Automatic Machinery Works Ltd. (TAM) , which are well known manufacturers in Japan wrapping industry. Taiwan Topak and FUJI and TAM have cooperated for more than 40 years, and over 1,000 sets of wrapping machines have been sold respectively. Because of the outstanding achievements, the mutual trust between two companies, and the increasing demand for wrapping machine in Chinese market, Taiwan Topak set up Shanghai Office in 1993 to serve food factories and do prepare for wrapping machine manufacturing factory in mainland China. Thereafter, Taiwan Topak achieved authorization from FUJI on manufacturing horizontal wrapping machines and,in 1996 Topak Machine (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was founded. In 2000, Taiwan Topak was also authorized successfully by its long term partner, Japan Tokyo Automatic Machine Co., Ltd. (TAM) to promote vertical wrapping machines. Topak does not only manufacture horizontal , vertical wrapping machines and matching feeder devices as a professional, but also manufactures matching mounting frame under the cooperation with Japan metal detector manufacturer,System Square Inc. Since the operation of Topak Kunshan from 1996, Topak has sold over 500 sets of machines in China and possessed over hundreds of customers, who are from various industries. Topak also achieved ISO9002 certificate in 1999. Its major machines include: FUJI-TOPAK (patent), FW-340MII & FW-341MII horizontal series, “tam-TOPAK” TT-2001 vertical series, and Square metal detection devices, are all admired by users for their advanced structure, high speed but stable feature and easy operation and maintenance. Meanwhile, Topak also represents various wrapping machines of Japan FUJI, Square metal detectors , Japan Tam wrapping machines , Japan Yamato computer weighers , Japan Sanko powder liquid wrapping machines , Japan TOYO bagging wrapping machines and offers comprehensive after sale services. Topak Machine (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. currently possesses 160 staff, which is divided into Processing Dept., Production Dept., Management Dept., Finance Dept., etc. and has successively set up Shanghai Branch and after services centers in Guangzhou and Beijing. To ensure quality, Topak processes 90 percent of accessories by its own force. The processing center is equipped with dozens of imported lathes , milling machines, drill presses, grinding machines, planning machines, plate shearers, bending machines, angle cutters, electric welding, argon arc welders , etc. The processing drawings are fully supplied from Japan factory. The processing workshops keep 24-hour running to shorten dispatch time to meet the requirement of customers. Basing on the principle of Quality Supreme, we insist that main body of machinery needs to be test run under the highest speed over 100 hours before adjustment , and before delivery each finished machine has to be adjusted and tested using customers product and wrapping film to assure wrapping quality. All factory's incoming and outgoing accessories must be 100 percent inspected by QC Dept. Key parts of machine such as main electric accessories, transmission parts, sealing parts are all imported from Japan , which are stable, reliable, less trouble rate, and suitable for high speed and continuous production. Topak Kunshan owns R&D department and is able to perform professional design according to various demands of customers. Meanwhile, it has strong technical support from Japan factories: the Japan technicians are sent to Topak Kunshan monthly to guide, inspect and train, That brings latest design philosophy and advanced trade information; ensures good quality in every procedure.
