Established in 1997, Super Poly Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is strategically located in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia, which is just within 30-minutes drive from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The company is one of the Malaysia's largest environmental friendly POF co-extruded bi-axially oriented polyolefin (POF) heat shrinkable film manufacturer. It's main products include POF heat shrinkable film, POF high performance shrinkable film, POF hot slip film, POF anti-static film, POF anti-fog film, POF heat shrinkable bag POF printed film etc. The products are non-toxic, good to touch, anti-friction and well isolated fromn electricity, heat and sound. The packaging is mainly used in food, dairy products, beverages, fruit and vegetables, electrical and electronic items, etc. Polyolefin is proceed from monomer via polymers. It features low density; comprehensive effect from the physics and chemistry perspective in terms of good colourability and fabricability; environmental friendly, energy savings and recyclable, which suits our sustainability strategy.
The company plans to operate 10 POF 5-layers co-extruded shrinkable film production lines, with an annual capacity of over 10,000 tonnes. The maximum widht for the products is 2400mm. The company's research and development team is commmited to develop new products from POF 5-layers co-extruded shrinkable film. Our products were being sent for laboratory test and certified by SGS, ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. The products can be used in semi-automated or fully-automated heat shrinkable packaging machine given its effectiveness and consistency of quality. Apart from Malaysia, the company's products are also exported globally. The company's export volume has been increasing over the years and have received great response from customers.
