hubergroup develops new sheet-fed printing ink for food packaging
2017-01-19

From:Packaging News

hubergroup is launching the MGA NATURA series ink to cater for high speeds and cheaper substrate grades in printing of food packaging.

The printing-ink manufacturer is replacing the NATURA GA series, the new ink offers improved in-press performance which hubergroup said satisfies all the requirements of the major food manufacturers.

These also include increased quality and safety demand special printing-ink systems.
The ink firm said it is highly suitable for producing food packaging with very good organoleptic properties, especially when fast post-print processing is required.

All components in the formulation are evaluated and the production process is subject to thorough checks and controls, which means MGA NATURA contains only substances that either do not migrate or that have been assessed for food contact.

hubergroup’s own strict MGA guidelines guarantee that the ink is produced in compliance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards, taking into account all relevant requirements for food packaging printing.
